Delivery Policy 

Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 1-3 business days of receipt of payment by standard delivery (2-3 days). If you need an item sooner, there is an option to upgrade to Tracked 24hr delivery at the checkout.

Delivery of made-to-order items depends on the nature of the order. Most made-to-order items in the Shop will be made and dispatched within 5-7 business days and sent by standard delivery (2-3 days). More time intensive custom orders will be indicated in the item description or agreed with me prior to taking payment. 

Cost of delivery:

All items are shipped from the UK.

UK Standard delivery - 2-3 business days– £2.95

UK 24hr tracked delivery - 1-2 business days – £3.95

USA - standard tracked international shipping is available:

Small, flat packed items - £15
Small boxes - £16 - £22

International shipping:

Standard tracked international shipping is currently only available to the USA from this website. I ship with Royal Mail and any duties and import taxes are included in the total cost, meaning no extra charges will occur on delivery of your parcel. If you are in another country and would like to shop with me, please head over to my Etsy shop which will include additional sales taxes depending on your country.

A tracking number will be provided when your order is despatched. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply on receipt of your order.

I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Missed or unclaimed parcels:

If an item is returned to me by Royal Mail as unclaimed, I will contact you to arrange for the item to be redelivered. Please note that if such a situation occurs, there may be an extra charge for postage to cover the cost of resending the item for you.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, has become damaged in transit, or if you have received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
