Refund policy

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

I want you to be happy with your order, but if you aren’t please let me know! If for any reason you need to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your items to arrange an exchange or a refund (minus the shipping costs to return the item).

Please do not send the item back without emailing me first, or your return may not get processed! 

Merchandise must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you with the same labels and original packaging.

Regret I cannot make refunds or exchanges for goods that have been washed, damaged or marked by the recipient.

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The cost of returning an item to us is your responsibility and the item is your responsibility until it reaches me. I recommend that you send the item back using a secure postage method with tracked delivery. This way you will be able to check when your returned items have been received by us. 

For international orders, any customs duties and import taxes paid by customers are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to the shipping carrier/customs.

Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items.

Non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  

I do not offer refunds on the following items:

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS - e.g. PDF sewing patterns

PERSONALISED ITEMS - e.g. with embroidered names or monograms

SUBSCRIPTION BOXES - which include links to digital sewing patterns as well as pre-cut fabrics and interfacings. Please consult my full Subscriptions Policy for more information.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS - e.g. a custom bag made to your specifications, where the fabric and/or metal hardware have been purchased to make your bag, or a resized bag to your required measurements.

GIFT CARDS

 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period 

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
