Subscription Policy

I have created the Busy Bagmaker subscription box bring you a unique and exciting experience every other month. I am committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your subscription. Please review my full policy below and feel free to get in touch with me if you have any issue.

1. No Returns Policy

I do not accept returns or exchanges for subscription boxes owing to the customised nature of the contents. The box includes a link to download a digital bag pattern by Sew Sofia or another pattern designer, which is non-refundable. The physical contents of the box include pre-cut fabrics and interfacings to make the pattern. 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

While I do not accept returns, I understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or defective. If this happens:

  • Contact me within 7 days of receiving your box at louise@sewsofia.com.
  • Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item(s).
  • I will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you at no additional cost or issue a partial refund or credit, depending on the situation.

3. Missing Items

If your box is missing an item:

  • Contact me within 7 days of receiving your box.
  • I will verify the issue and endeavour to send you the missing item or provide a partial refund or credit, depending on the situation.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

I do not offer refunds for subscription boxes once they have been shipped. However:

  • You have the right to cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order and you can also manage your subscription by logging onto your Account. 
  • If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so before your next billing cycle (28th of the month before the next box is due) to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.
  • If you cancel after your subscription has renewed but before the box has shipped, we can issue a refund for the upcoming box.

5. Shipping delays

Please consult my Shipping policy for any shipping delays, unclaimed or missing parcels.

6. Subscription payment details

The Busy Bagmaker is a bi-monthly subscription meaning that you will receive a box every other month, six times a year. The box is sent out in the months of October, December, February, April, June and August on or around the 7th of the month. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each box on the 28th of the month before the next box is due for release.
