New Project Box Kits!
Share
I'm so excited to reveal something that I've had in the pipeline for a while now - new Sew Sofia Project Box kits! It's my way of sharing my passion for bag making in a single box, inspire you to try out a different bag pattern each month in beautiful fabrics, learn new techniques, and have me to nudge you to the finish line!
Each box contains everything to sew a fun bag project straight away and in just the right quantities, handpicked by me. No more wondering where to buy all the supplies, which can often be the main obstacle to starting a sewing project. And no more buying more than what you actually need to make the project. All you need is yourself, your sewing machine, and you're good to sew!
My first project box is to sew my Tall & Tidy Wash Bag pattern in laminated cottons: "Tart Days" Lemons ...
...or in Love Birds teamed up with Blue Hills laminated cotton from the same fabric collection.
Here's what is included in my first Project Box :
Two stunning, wipe clean, laminated cotton fabrics from the "Sweet Beauties" collection by Cloud 9 Fabrics with a coordinating, Santiago faux leather from Modelo - all of which are domestic machine friendly fabrics.
Coordinating zipper tape with zip pulls already attached and a 1" antique bronze metal D-ring for the short strap handle.
Two spools of high quality, coordinating polyester thread
Each project box will contain a useful notion - so for example, in this box there are 10 wonder clips to hold the layers of waterproof fabrics together instead of pins which would leave holes in the fabric.
The box includes a QR code and link to download the full pattern plus video tutorial, but I decided to add printed pattern pieces for your convenience.
And finally, I also include a little surprise gift, made by me, inside this first box! Just my way of thanking you for supporting my new Project Box adventure! All beautifully packaged in a box, it's a proper treat to yourself and would also make a lovely gift for a sewing friend.
This is a very limited run for my first Project Box as these fabrics are in short supply. I'm already planning my next project box kits, so if you don't want to miss out on the next round, be sure to join my Waitlist.
